Commercial law work constitutes the bulk of our firm’s practice. Be it negotiating and/or drawing up commercial contracts; company incorporation (including incorporation of local subsidiaries of foreign companies); processing work permit and expatriate quota applications; corporate retainer; acting as company secretary or prosecuting court cases on behalf of our human or corporate clients. Our firm is adept at all areas of company and commercial law practice. This is not unconnected with the fact that we have, over the years, advised and represented clients from a broad cross-section of the world of commerce and industry.

Our firm also has considerable experience at alternative dispute resolution. We have represented our clients at arbitral proceedings as well as advised and successfully conducted conciliation and mediation between disputing parties otherwise on war path so to speak.

Always uppermost in our mind is the fact that time is always of the essence in today’s commercial world and the need to keep legal cost to our clients down. Consequently, our firm, as a matter of policy, always seeks the fastest and the most cost effective way of prosecuting commercial disputes in order to save our client’s precious time and scarce money.
